2015 marked Leeds College of Music’s 50th anniversary. As part of their celebrations, the college commissioned Unity House to produce a short film capturing what it means to study at LCoM.
As a long-term supplier of content for Leeds College of Music, we had a bank of footage we could draw on. We also had a house style we had developed early in our relationship with the college as well as great relationships with staff, students and graduates.
Faz Shah had featured in our content as a student. Now a recent graduate, we felt he could express the atmosphere at Leeds College of Music better than anyone else. We supported Faz to script the film and commissioned his ensemble, Adelia String Quartet, to provide the score.
Leeds College of Music will feature the film on its YouTube channel where it will be accessed by prospective students, current students and alumni. It will also be sent out to key corporate partners and used at conference events.
